Code of Ethics Significance
What I think about the significance of the code of ethics is professionalism.The way you carry yourself as a professional. The understanding of what is acquired by me in this profession. Also being committed, knowledgeable and values for what  profession that I am embarking on.

1.1 To be familiar with the knowledge base of early childhood care and education and to stay informed through continuing education and training.
1.9 To advocate for an ensure that all children including those with special needs, have acesss to the support services need to be successful.
1.12 To work with families to provide a safe and smooth transition as children and families move from one program to the next.

We shall demonstrate in our behavior and language respect and appreciation for the unique value and human potential of each child .
We Shall recognize and respect the dignity , diversity and autonomy of the families and childrn we serve.
We shall include diverse perspective and experiences of children and families in the conduct of research and intervention.
